
Riffs is a UK based music production house committed to delivering quality, creative solutions for a broad range of media sources. Composer Chris Salt produces bespoke music and sound design for commercials, TV, radio and film. He also writes under the pseudonyms Jake Irwin and David Arcadia.
Since 1999, Riffs has supplied music to some of Europe's leading production houses and music libraries. Our work, both on TV and radio, has featured on commercials for many established brands including ads for TRESemme, Pantene, Fairy, The Mail On Sunday, The Sunday Times, Oral B, Olay, Head & Shoulders, KFC, 32Red.com, Lidl supermarkets and Dentyne. Recent projects also include a trailer for Sky and bespoke music for Microsoft. Other notable clients include Chrysler, Dior, Carphone Warehouse, Unilever, Proctor & Gamble, Vodafone and The Guardian. Our tracks have also appeared in Hollywood movies such as Lakeview Terrace and Devil's Double. Popular shows using our music include The Jay Leno Show, Top Gear, Panorama, Horizon and America's Most Wanted.
We have over 500 production music tracks in circulation and have music placed with several of the world’s leading libraries. We are currently working on projects for EMI Production music, Imagem (formerly Boosey & Hawkes), Focus and De Wolfe.
